Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase from thepureliving.co. By placing an order you agree to them. Pure Living Co. is operated by Ganbaru Kodo Limited, 50 Bonham Strand, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong (referred to as "we" or "us"). Contact: purelifecotoday@outlook.com.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to order. Dietary supplements are intended for adults; keep them out of reach of children.

2. Products and health information

Our dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements about them have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication or have a medical condition, and do not exceed the recommended dose. Read the product label before use; ingredients and quantities on the label take precedence over any description on this site.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel or refuse an order for stock, pricing, fraud-prevention or shipping-eligibility reasons, and will refund any payment taken for a cancelled order in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping, import duties and taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order. If a price is obviously wrong we may cancel the order and refund you.

5. Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription option, it renews at the interval shown at checkout and is charged to your saved payment method until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account or by emailing us before the next renewal date; cancellation stops future shipments but does not refund an order already processed.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, delivery estimates, duties, returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Shipping policy and Refund and return policy, which form part of these terms.

7. International orders

You are responsible for confirming that the products you order may be imported into your country and for paying any duties and taxes due on delivery.

8. Content and intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, product names, label artwork, photographs and video, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

9. Reviews and user content

By submitting a review, comment or photo you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it. Do not submit content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes anyone's rights.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

11. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.

13. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force when you order applies to that order. Last updated 9 September 2026.
