Where we ship

Supplements (Lion's Mane Mushroom, NMN, Reishi Relax Gummies, Normal Blood Sugar Support) are produced and shipped from fulfilment centres in the United States.

  • United States: all four supplements.
  • Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal and Sweden: Lion's Mane Mushroom and Normal Blood Sugar Support.
  • NMN and Reishi Relax Gummies ship to the United States only.
  • We do not ship supplements to Spain, the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Switzerland or Ireland at this time.

Oral-care and accessory items (miswak, holders, cases, cutters, floss, powders, toothpaste, soap) ship from our partner warehouses to the United States and the international destinations offered at checkout. Digital guides are delivered by email immediately after purchase.

Processing time

Supplement orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days before dispatch. Oral-care and accessory orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships.

Delivery estimates

  • United States: typically 3 to 8 business days after dispatch by USPS or FedEx.
  • Europe (supplements): FedEx International, typically 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
  • Oral-care and accessory items: typically 7 to 15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.

These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays and customs inspections can add time.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout by destination and weight. United States standard shipping on supplements is a flat $8.00. Shipping to Europe on eligible supplements is a flat $20.00 per order.

Duties and taxes on international orders

International supplement orders ship Delivered Duty Unpaid. Import duties, VAT and any carrier handling fees are not included in the price or shipping charge and are payable by the recipient on delivery. In the European Union, import VAT applies from the first euro and a flat customs duty of EUR 3 per item applies to low-value consignments since 1 July 2026. Parcels refused at customs are not refundable.

Address accuracy

Please check your address before paying. Parcels returned for an incomplete or incorrect address can be reshipped at your cost once the address is confirmed.
